We recommend booking 10 to 15 days in advance if you require printing the couple's names and a custom color scheme. For urgent requests without custom printing, we can coordinate based on the availability of the van in the schedule.
Yes, we provide complete packages that include a trained Qatari hospitality staff in formal attire that matches the elegance of the event, who will welcome guests and present perfumes and lipsticks with professionalism and kindness.
Our service covers all areas of the State of Qatar without exception, including all hotels in Doha, Al Riffa Halls, Al Wakrah, Lusail, Al Rayyan and Al Khor, as well as villas, tents and private majlis.
The booking is confirmed by paying a deposit to confirm the date of the event via bank transfer or credit card, with an official electronic invoice sent. The remaining amount is paid on the day the cart is delivered to the hall.
